Now Hiring: Baseball Coaches in Florida Who Want Something Different (Weekends Only - No Practices. Only Tournaments)
Top Pay. Flexible Schedule. A Rewarding, Challenging Role.
If you're located in or near Orlando, Fl, we're looking for
local coaches
to lead GPC teams in your area. Travel is minimal--you'll coach weekend tournaments close to home.
At Guest Player Connect (GPC), we believe youth baseball should be about opportunity, development, and fun--not politics, pressure, or playing favorites. We launched GPC to create more meaningful experiences for players who love the game and want more chances to grow by playing on their off weekends. Since November, over 400 players ages 9U-14U have joined our teams to get more reps, make new connections, and enjoy tournament weekends the way they should be. We've welcomed players from across New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia--with more joining from new states every week.
GPC gives the power back to the parents and players. Why should families have to pay thousands just to access competitive games? Many already pay to join a team, then spend even more on private lessons and training. What if a family can't afford to join a team, or the team's schedule doesn't work for them? What if their player barely sees the field? How is that child supposed to develop without real opportunities to play?
It doesn't have to be this way. We created another option--where kids can get quality game reps and coaching without the long-term financial burden or drama.
And for many players, the high-pressure environment of competitive baseball isn't the right fit. The constant focus on winning, roster politics, and unrealistic expectations can wear players down and take the joy out of the game. Some players simply don't thrive under that kind of stress--and that's okay. GPC offers a supportive alternative where kids can play loose, have fun, and develop at their own pace while still competing at a high level.
We build teams for weekend tournaments made up of players from different towns, programs, and even states--especially those looking to play on their off weekends. No long-term commitments. No weeknight practices. Just real coaching, real competition, and a stress-free environment where kids and coaches can thrive.
If you want to get back on the field and make a positive impact--for the love of the game--keep reading.
Who We're Looking For
We want coaches who are passionate about youth baseball, know the game inside and out, and bring positive energy every time they step on the field. You're a leader. You know how to build trust with kids quickly and make them feel seen, supported, and ready to compete.
Anyone can coach players they know. But every weekend, our coaches meet their team for the first time--then build trust and unity fast. That's what makes GPC coaches different.
This is about more than Xs and Os. It's about making an impact--in just one weekend.
And at GPC,
you're more than a coach. You're a brand ambassador.
How you lead, communicate, and carry yourself reflects everything we stand for. Families, players, and opponents notice--and that's exactly how we want it.
