Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Conduct yoga classes for individuals or groups, focusing on proper form and technique
- Create and implement yoga lesson plans that cater to the needs and goals of participants
- Provide modifications and adjustments to accommodate different skill levels and physical abilities
- Demonstrate and guide participants through various yoga poses and sequences
- Offer guidance on breathing techniques and meditation practices
- Monitor participants' progress and provide feedback and encouragement
- Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all participants

Requirements:
- Certified yoga instructor with a recognized certification (e.g., Yoga Alliance)
- Experience teaching yoga classes to individuals or groups
- Strong knowledge of different yoga styles, techniques, and principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire participants to achieve their fitness goals
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and injury prevention related to yoga practice
- Ability to adapt to different teaching environments and adjust instruction as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in fitness sales or promoting yoga classes
- Additional certifications or experience in related fitness disciplines such as dance, CrossFit, Pilates, or sports coaching
- Background in personal training or working with clients one-on-one
