The Member Relations Associates are the first point of contact for our members. These individuals serve as the heart of the McGaw family, they are a go to point of reference for anyone in the Y. They are problem solvers, mediators, and advisors. Under the leadership of the Member Experience Director, The Member Relations Associates support our community through creating a welcoming environment while simultaneously driving membership sales and class registrations, giving facility tours and much more. They are responsible for providing customer service excellence to Y members, program participants and guests.

Pay: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18 - 25 per week
