PRIMARY FUNCTION:

Oversee the day-to-day loading operations at our dedicated customer site, Home Depot, In South Windsor.

SHIFT: Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm, occasional Saturday. Need to be flexible and may need to come in early or stay late.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

include the following

:

Responsible for the accuracy and reconciliation of securement inventory Responsible for managing a pool of trailers to ensure the availability for customer loading purposes Inspecting trailers and having damaged trailers to be serviced Communicating and coordinating with operations and maintenance personnel Experience with around tractor trailers and flatbeds

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

High School diploma required Transportation and/or prior loading experience preferred Ability to function in a fast-paced work environment and tolerate stress Ability to negotiate, plan and organize, has strong attention to detail, and problem solving skills Excellent written and oral communication skills

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.

Employee will regularly lift and/or move up to 100lbs, including above the head.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
