Yard Employee/Crane Operator

who takes pride in doing the job right and keeping operations running smoothly.





WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Safely loading and unloading equipment from trucks and ensuring proper securement Operating cranes and assisting with heavy-lift activities Picking, preparing, and fitting materials Operating basic machinery, including signaling and radio-communication tasks Collaborating with a strong, safety-driven team Following all work procedures and safety standards




WHAT YOU'LL NEEDStrong communication skills and experience in yard operations and auxiliary equipment Basic experience in rigging, hydraulics, mechanics, and electrical systems High level of situational awareness Basic verbal and written English proficiency Relevant experience in similar industries (civil engineering, construction, renewables, oil & gas, offshore, ports, mining) Minimum

2 years of experience

in a technical or transport environment

NCCCO certification required
