Job Description

We're looking for a motivated team player with basic knowledge of home repair/maintenance, construction and equipment to join our team as a Yard Associate. We need an enthusiastic individual who can assist customers and offer a solutions for each project and problem. The successful candidate will follow the company's customer service policies, and be well-trained in product knowledge that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers. Organization skills and cleanliness are essential in maintaining the look of the property.

Assist in maintaining the outside area Develop solutions for customers by listening to their needs and recommending the appropriate products Greet customers and help them to find the proper team member to assist them Collaborate with other team members to keep the area clean and organized at all time
Requirements

Must be able to lift minimum of 50 LBS Ability to work well on a team Must be able to work weekends and holidays Excellent verbal and written communication skill Exp. with machines, construction materials, home build/remodel or other similar skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
