Candidates will be working inside and outside to load and unload materials on and off flat bed trucks, deliver materials to designated areas, and replenish the fabrication line as they run product. These candidates will hold a critical role in the plant as they deliver extrusion inventory to the fabrication department OR count and manage physical inventory in the yard. Candidates will be paying close attention to where and what they are pulling so the can learn the inventory and pull the correct materials for the fab group as this is not a stereotypical order selector role; it\'s truly a shipping receiving position in manufacturing. Candidate must notify dept leads and supervisors of all errors in placement of materials and damaged product; Will be shrink wrapping and helping to build custom wooden crates for transport as everything they ship has to be crated, and those crates are built via Yard associates and the rest of the onsite team in the shipping area Candidates will be using an inventory system and must have strong computer/data entry skills as they will consistently use an Ipad and desktop device; and must have experience with both - certainly PC experience on the job Candidates will be operating a forklift however that is only a part of the role as inventory management and shipping/receiving functions plays a bigger role. Each person will be responsible for meeting production goals overrall and production goals for the day for their respective departments and Fabrication department. Pulling the wrong materials for them to cut could results in thousands of dollars worth of errors. Candidates must be flexible for all clean up duties and keeping the Yard (outside) and the shop, organized in terms of inventory lay out. Candidates that take the initiative to clean up when not asked is exactly the type of candidate they would look to keep long term. Candidates will be working with and staging/stacking product on racking systems outside. Most product is 15 plus feet in length and therefore candidates must have experience not just moving pallets on a forklift as nothing can be palletized at Enclos. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50lbs unassisted and will be standing, and walking for an 8 hour shift as they provide materials to each line and/or stock material in the yard for shipping on racking systems

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Heavy industrial, heavy equipment, forklift and inventory background is required Quality background would be a plus. Order selectors and/or candidates that just moved material from one place to another will not be considered. Candidates must have shown in other roles that they are flexible for doing tasks wherever they are needed. If materials are held up, they may be asked to do material handling or cleaning and must be willing to do whatever is asked. Shift 6am-2:30pm for 2 Inventory candidates
