Job Description
We are looking for a part time X-Ray/Lab Technician to undertake a variety of x-ray and laboratory procedures in a pediatric medical clinic. Primary hours for this position would be 2 to 3 weekday shifts from 5-8 pm and 2 weekends a month. This has traditionally been a great position for an X-Ray and/or Ultrasound Tech student.
Responsibilities
Receive, label and analyze samples (swabs, blood, urine etc.) Design and execute X-Ray and laboratory testing according to standard procedures Record all data and results in specified forms (paper and electronic) with accuracy and responsibility Ensure that all safety guidelines are followed strictly at all times and maintain a clean and orderly environment Assist RN with rooming patients, as needed
Skills
Proven experience as X-Ray/Lab Technician is a plus Ability to work autonomously and under pressure Valid X-Ray technician license or enrolled in a X-Ray technician program of study Works well with others in a team environment
Job Types: Part-time, PRN
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

X-Ray/Lab: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
ARRT Certification or enrolled in X-Ray school (Preferred) ADH License (Preferred)
