Shift : Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM

Potential weekend shifts with overtime!

What You'll Do:

Answer incoming calls and gather necessary details for dispatch. Assign tow jobs to drivers based on availability and location. Confirm job pricing before dispatching a truck. Verify if towed units need repair at Myles Truck Repair. Ask non-company callers if the tow will be under their name as the authorizer. Communicate with drivers and customers to provide updates. Document job details and ensure accuracy in dispatch logs. Complete end-of-shift reports, noting any issues, customer concerns, or damages.

What We're Looking For:

Prior dispatching or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and multitasking skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of towing and truck repair is a plus. A positive, can-do attitude with a focus on teamwork and service.

Requirements:
Previous

dispatching or customer service

experience preferred. Strong
