Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced

Program Supervisor

to oversee the daily operations of our

Wraparound Program

. This leadership role ensures program compliance, supports staff development, and serves as a vital liaison between Wraparound sites and Olive Crest's administrative teams--all with the goal of strengthening families and improving outcomes for at-risk youth.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Implement the directives of the Wraparound Director in areas of program administration, finance, outcomes, and treatment. Participate in hiring decisions, train, and supervise Behavioral Health Specialists, Facilitators, Parent Partners, and Therapists, ensuring alignment with the Wraparound philosophy and clinical/administrative best practices. Interface with and monitor consultants who function as professional treatment staff. Supervise and monitor decisions related to program operations. Serve as liaison between Wraparound office sites and Olive Crest senior administration and support divisions (e.g., IT, Properties, HR). Coordinate and oversee the intake process. Review and approve supply requisitions and purchase orders. Collaborate with the Division Director to develop, implement, and monitor training programs for program staff. Participate in the on-call rotation as needed. Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

Required Qualifications:

Master's degree from an accredited college or university in one of the following fields: Social Work, Social Welfare, Marriage and Family Counseling, Child Psychology, Child Development, Counseling Psychology, Social Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Educational Psychology, Education with a counseling emphasis, or related field. Professional license (e.g., LCSW, LMFT) preferred but not required. 1-2 years of previous experience in Wraparound or a similar program required; supervisory experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage and lead staff collaboratively, with strong communication and team-building skills. Proven ability to think critically and respond effectively in diverse, rapidly changing situations. A management philosophy that values people and aims to maximize their potential. Ability to obtain and maintain a criminal background clearance. Alignment with Olive Crest's mission, vision, values, and statement of faith. Eligibility to work under federal and/or state mental health funded programs. Valid California Driver's License and clean driving record per Olive Crest's auto insurance policy.
