Wound Assessment & Treatment
- Perform evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans.Patient & Family Education
- Provide guidance on wound care, healing processes, and prevention.Collaboration
- Work closely with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal care.Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain accurate records in line with clinical and regulatory standards.Quality Improvement
- Use best practices to enhance patient outcomes.###
Qualifications:
Active RN or LPN License
(Required)Experience in Wound Care
(Preferred but not required)Strong Clinical & Critical Thinking Skills
Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Abilities
