Key Responsibilities:
Assess, manage, and treat a wide range of wounds, including pressure injuries, surgical wounds, burns, ostomies, and traumatic injuries
Conduct routine skin assessments and maintain accurate documentation
Administer wound care treatments and educate residents and families on care plans
Monitor risk factors for pressure ulcers and secondary infections
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to address pain management and optimize outcomes
Evaluate nutrition, caloric needs, and effectiveness of wound care products/devices

Qualifications:
Must possess, at minimum, a degree in nursing from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved registered nursing program
Must have at least two (2) years of experience as a Registered Nurse
Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of Florida
Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
