As a leader in clinical excellence, you'll collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and therapists to ensure individualized, evidence-based wound care plans that reflect our commitment to exceptional outcomes.
What You'll Do
Assess, treat, and monitor all wounds, skin tears, and pressure injuries in accordance with physician orders and clinical best practices.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized wound care plans.
Provide ongoing staff education and training in skin integrity and wound prevention.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate resident care and optimize healing.
Maintain accurate documentation and participate in quality assurance initiatives.
Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations regarding wound management.
What We're Looking For
Current
RN or LPN license
in Hawaii
Wound Care Certification (WCC, CWCN, or equivalent)
preferred.
Experience in
long-term care, wound management, or rehabilitation
strongly desired.
Strong assessment, clinical, and documentation skills.
