Wound Care Division

, we're seeking an energetic, relationship-driven

Wound Care Marketer

to represent Bliss across

Lake, Orange, Brevard and Seminole

Position Summary

The

Wound Care Marketer

is responsible for driving referral growth by building meaningful relationships with healthcare facilities, providers, and community partners.
This role focuses on

expanding wound care referrals

, educating referral sources about Bliss's services and outcomes, and ensuring ongoing satisfaction through consistent communication and professional representation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, grow, and manage referral relationships with

ALFs, Home Health Agencies, Rehabilitation Centers, and Hospitals

. Conduct

routine onsite visits

to strengthen relationships with administrators, DONs, case managers, and discharge planners. Educate partners on

Bliss Specialty Wound Care services, advanced treatment options, and clinical outcomes

. Identify and onboard new facilities within assigned territories. Collaborate closely with the clinical and intake teams to ensure smooth patient transitions and excellent partner experience. Track and report weekly referral performance, outreach efforts, and market activity. Represent Bliss at

health fairs, community events, and professional networking functions

.

Qualifications

Minimum

2 years of healthcare marketing or business development experience

, preferably in

wound care, home health, hospice, or rehabilitation

. Established relationships in the

Central Florida healthcare network

(highly preferred). Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to manage multiple territories. Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout

Lake, Orange, Brevard and Seminole

County

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive base salary + monthly bonuses for each referral

( paid based on qualified referrals and successful patient starts).
