SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES



This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities This position will oversee all worship difference makers at the Westfield Campus This position will have the opportunity to mentor a leadership resident if desired

DUTIES/PRIMARY JOB PRODUCTS



Shepherding and care of the worship difference maker community at the Westfield Campus Leading worship for weekend gatherings and special events Involved in the life of the Westfield Campus in collaboration with the Campus Pastor and Westfield team (e.g., attending local team meetings, helping with planning and executing special events) Consistent development and coaching of worship difference makers at the Westfield Campus, (e.g., Developing training opportunities volunteers. Feedback/coaching prior, during, and post execution for difference makers.) Recruiting, onboarding, training, and equipping difference maker team members at the Westfield Campus Ownership of Planning Center for the Westfield Campus (e.g., scheduling, assigning parts, adding rehearsal tracks, keeping information up to date) Assisting in creating weekly worship experience plans with oversight from Regional Worship Lead. Contribution to original music content creation through songwriting, recording, and mixing Help with creating, preparing, and testing of Ableton and support equipment Help in creating authentic and vertically inspired worship gatherings in collaboration with the Regional Worship Lead that aligns with the theology and doctrine of Traders Point Active growth in understanding the theology of biblical worship Active growth in understanding music and equipment trends and their impact on worship spaces Detailed tracking, follow-up, and execution of all gatherings and special event programming details Assist with the full setup and teardown of the Westfield portable campus each weekend Quality maintained worship spaces, equipment, and supplies Perform other duties as required. Job description is subject to change based on the organization/department's needs.

INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS



Direct report to the Regional Worship Lead and a dotted line to Campus Pastor Participate as a full member of meetings and special events as required Actively engaged at TPCC

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES



Relational and team-building skills required Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills Must be able to play an instrument (e.g., piano, guitar) Can quickly evaluate multiple scenarios to determine the best possible outcome Ability to be agile in planning and execution. Has the "get-it-done" attitude In-depth understanding of Ableton, logic, and pro-tools Knowledge and understanding of instrumentation and vocal arrangements in live and studio spaces Knowledge and understanding of Planning Center Online, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Outlook Understanding of the Nashville number system

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE



3+ years of formal training in a worship related discipline or worship experience 3+ years leading teams of difference makers

Exempt/Non-Exempt: Exempt


Full or Part-Time: Full Time


Work Schedule: Sunday-Thursday
