Workover Lead / Assistant Production Foreman
We're looking for a
hands-on oilfield leader
to help run our production and workover operations in the Appalachian Basin (southeast Kentucky, Tennessee and Virginia).This job is
in the field every day
, not behind a desk. You'll be working side by side with crews, leading workover rigs, fixing problem wells, and keeping production running safely, cost effectively and efficiently.What You'll Do
Lead
workover rigs
on well cleanouts, repairs, and downhole jobs. Supervise tenders and internal equipment, keeping jobs safe and on track. Troubleshoot wells, pumps, and production equipment. Back up the Production Foreman and step in when needed. Handle daily field reporting and make sure work gets done right.What We're Looking For
7-10+ years in oilfield production and workover rigs experience. Experience running or leading a crew. Strong mechanical know-how and problem-solving skills. Willing to work outside daily and answer callouts. Safety-minded and dependable.
