The role of a WorkLife Coach is to place the opportunity to build the life you want at the core of every client relationship we develop.

A WorkLife Coach is a unique position focused on serving individuals directly within their workplaces through our WorkLife Coach and Resource Navigation services. As a WorkLife Coach, you will play a crucial role in helping employees navigate life's challenges, build resilience, and continue growing on their journeys.

At The Work Lab, we are dedicated to maintaining client confidentiality while sharing stories to provide context and deepen understanding for our employer partners.

Employer and Client Engagement -

As a WorkLife Coach, you won't have an assigned caseload; clients will meet with you voluntarily. This approach fosters a flexible and creative engagement process that you can shape according to your unique strengths and abilities.
