Job Description

The Workforce Lodging Admin Coordinator is part of the team that oversees the different properties owned or managed by Taos Ski Valley Inc. that host employees. You will be responsible for room inspections, housing complaints, and event setup. Essential Job Responsibilities:






Ability to create/paint/plan events/decorate/tear down after events Creativity and Artistic talent is a plus Helping to plan and setup occupant events up to 12 months in advance Inspecting all units prior to occupancy, on a bi-weekly basis and on departure to track and charge for any damage Frequently helping the facilities team removing snow from walkways, and stairs which will be physically demanding Tracking and responding to occupant complaints in a timely manner Taking employee trash to the dumpster Taking recycling to the recycle center Working with the Facilities team to ensure all building utilities are working properly and communicating with the right party to fix any issues The job requires sitting, crouching, and standing for extended periods Will be expected to keep common areas clean Solve problems with a "can-do" attitude Find a way to say "yes" to occupant needs. Look for ways to be helpful and courteous Reliable attendance on all scheduled workdays Landscaping beautification of WFL properties in the summer months Clean and reset spaces for new guests Performs all other related duties as assigned or requested including obeying safety policies and procedures and attending safety trainings Help with onboarding paperwork requirements to ensure proper completion Help with tracking and charging of room rates through the company's hotel management software Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Knowledge:






Must be flexible and open to change. Organizational skills are a must Must be able to accurately follow instructions, both verbally and written Must be willing to ask for help and/or clarification

This position has the opportunity to become Full-time, Year-round.
