Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Workday Project Manager to lead our Workday implementation and optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management methodologies and have experience with enterprise software solutions, particularly in the context of cloud computing. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Integration Design & Development:

Lead the full lifecycle of Workday integration projects, including discovery, requirements analysis, design, testing, implementation, and post-deployment support.

Technical Expertise:

Act as the Workday integration subject matter expert, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of new Workday releases and industry best practices.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with HR, IT, Finance, and other business units to translate business requirements into effective and scalable technical solutions. Experience in integrating maxwell 7

Data Integrity & Performance:

Proactively monitor integrations for errors or performance issues, ensuring data accuracy, security, and compliance with governance standards. Possess advanced understanding of role-based and user-based security models within Workday Integrations.

Strategic Leadership:

Define and drive the integration strategy, best practices, and roadmap to align Workday capabilities with organizational objectives.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Workday Integration Tools:

Proficient in Workday EIBs, Core Connectors, and web services (REST/SOAP). Working knowledge of Workday Studio.

Technical Skills:

Strong expertise in XML, XSLT, and JSON; familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript for custom integrations.

Business Acumen:

Solid understanding of Finance, HCM, and Payroll processes, and their interaction within Workday and related systems.

Project Management:

Experienced in gathering requirements, developing solutions, and validating deliverables to ensure alignment with business goals.

Communication:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and functional teams.

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Certifications:

Workday Integration certification preferred.

Experience:

3-5 years of hands-on experience with Workday integrations.
Job Type: Contract

Pay: $75.00 - $80.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
