The Workday Illuminate Analyst will drive the strategic implementation of AI-enabled solutions across HCM, SCM, and Finance by leveraging Workday's native capabilities and external technologies. This role combines deep technical and functional expertise with a passion for innovation to optimize business processes, enhance user experience, and support enterprise transformation initiatives.


Hands on Technical and Functional experience with various processes in HCM, SCM and Finance Experience enabling and implementing AI solution using Workday native options and/or external AI capabilities including Illuminate.

Experience with Workday Extend, Studio, EIBs, and custom integrations. Familiarity with Workday's roadmap for AI, intelligent agents, and automation capabilities. Exposure to AI/ML concepts, automation platforms, and low-code/no-code tools. Understanding of intelligent workflows, automation triggers, and user experience design principles. Ability to evaluate, test, and implement new Workday features and third-party integrations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for innovation. Demonstrated curiosity and passion for emerging technologies and continuous learning. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across HR, IT, and business teams. Comfortable working in agile or iterative development environments.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Must have 3 - 5 years of hands-on Workday experience, including configuration, support, and troubleshooting.
