Job Summary:



The

Work Order Coordinator I

position is responsible for assuring work orders are completed in a correct and timely fashion to support inventory processes and production planning. This includes the auditing, correcting, and coaching of the accurate completion of the paperwork that makes up the work order. This position is also responsible for any additional task assigned by the Production planning team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



The

Work Order Coordinator I

is expected to perform one or more of the following essential job functions based on the business assignment (detailed):

Responsible party in supporting the food safety culture of the company. Ensure the planning department is following health and safety standards. Maintain a clean, safe, and injury-free environment by ensuring all employees and visitors understand and execute safety, fire, and risk procedures. Coach and support Floor Operators on proper Work Order completion Full schedule rotation of each production line to validate and audit Work order paperwork Escalate concerns to production Supervisor and Production Planning & Inventory Manager as needed. Complete cycle counts to validate work order correctness Audit materials leaving internal warehouses to external warehouses

May be assigned one or more of the following as needed:



Support for receiving and work order close outs as needed. Management of the Zoroco Packaging guest book for audit purposes. Participate in safety projects and on safety committees. Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills / Abilities / Qualifications:



Bilingual (English & Spanish)



Ability to coach and train employees to meet an end result Strong commitment to human safety and food safety. Able to multi-task in a fast-paced production environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills The environment will include outdoor work exposed to year-round weather conditions. Ability to work in a zero degree freezer 10%-15% of the time- the company will provide appropriate clothing. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Education and/or Experience:



High school diploma or GED required.. Previous experience working in logistics, inventory, or quality, preferred. Demonstrated ability to meet this position's goals while fostering a positive work environment. Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
