Position Overview: We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Veterans Benefits Representative. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with one of the largest insurance companies in the world, providing permanent and private benefits to veterans and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist veterans in understanding and accessing their benefits
• Provide excellent customer service to clients
• Conduct virtual consultations to assess individual needs
• Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of veterans\' benefits and military culture (training provided)
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Previous experience in insurance or customer service is a plus but not required
• Must be adaptable to a remote work environment
