Work Based Learning Teacher / Coordinator

Part-Time Position

License / Education Requirements:

+ Current MN Teaching License for Work Based Learning

Qualifications:

+ Experience in school setting and/or previous experience working with secondary level students
+ Proven leadership skills and the ability to build relationships with colleagues, community and students
+ Excellent communication skills with students, parents and staff

Essential Skills Required:

+ Identify the needs of students through formal and informal assessments
+ Communicate with students, parents and staff on regular basis on student progress
+ Foster a community where all people are valued, respected, seen and heard
+ Update all necessary records accurately as required by laws, district policies and school regulations
+ Attend department, school and parent meetings or functions
+ Maintain confidentiality of information about students, staff and families
+ Experience working with diverse students and families - experience/training with CLR (Culturally Linguistically Responsive) methods preferred
+ Other job-related duties as assigned

Salary Range: $44,182 - $90,327 for 1 FTE per the current Faculty Master Agreement 2023-2025
