Job Title: Web Designer & Developer

Location: Remote (Local Residency Required*)

Type: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Base Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 annually, based on experience

Position Overview: We are seeking a Web Designer & Developer who is creative, technically skilled, and detail oriented. The ideal candidate will manage the design, development, and maintenance of custom WordPress websites. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to continuous learning and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

Resolve web edit inquiries from clients and internal staff efficiently. Design, develop, and maintain custom WordPress sites using page builders such as Elementor. Collaborate with the design team to create functional and aesthetically pleasing websites. Handle customer communications, updates, and relationship building. Oversee web administration, including content management and analytics reporting. Coordinate with SEO, Google Ads, and Content Writing teams for account setups. Apply expert knowledge in UI/UX and responsive design.
Qualifications:

3-5 years of front-end development experience. Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in web design and development. Proficient in WordPress, Elementor, and basic CSS; experience with WooCommerce and Shopify highly preferred. While our primary focus is on service-oriented websites, we value candidates who can also handle and preferably have experience building eCommerce sites. Graphic design skills, including experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva. Knowledge of SEO fundamentals. Blog and content writing skills using AI tools like ChatGPT preferred.
Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrated experience in web development/design and marketing. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
