About the Role

As a Full Stack Developer at ENX2, you'll collaborate closely with our design, SEO, and marketing teams to develop, optimize, and deploy high-performing websites and eCommerce platforms. You'll work across multiple technologies--building everything from custom WordPress themes and Shopify stores to AI-driven tools and dynamic web applications that redefine what's possible in digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and deploy

full-stack web applications

using WordPress, Shopify, and modern frameworks. Implement and integrate

AI technologies

(automation, personalization, chatbots, data-driven decision tools, etc.) into websites and digital workflows. Build, customize, and optimize

Shopify and WooCommerce

sites for superior performance, UX, and conversion. Write clean, efficient, and scalable code using

HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), PHP, Python, and MySQL

. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize front-end and back-end performance. Collaborate with designers, marketers, and project managers to translate creative vision into functional, high-impact websites. Manage multiple projects and deadlines with precision and agility. Explore new technologies, propose innovative solutions, and contribute to the agency's growth with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of full stack web development experience

(agency or product environment preferred). Advanced knowledge of

WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce

, and custom theme/plugin development. Proven experience integrating or building

AI-powered features

(chatbots, content generation, predictive analytics, or automation systems). Strong grasp of

front-end frameworks

(React, Vue.js, or similar) and

back-end technologies

(Node.js, PHP, Python). Skilled in

APIs, RESTful architecture, database design

, and deployment best practices. Solid understanding of

SEO fundamentals

,

UX principles

, and

web accessibility

. Strong problem-solving, time management, and communication skills. A

self-starter

who can work independently and thrives in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Bonus Skills

Experience with

programmatic or AI-driven marketing tools

. Familiarity with

Google Cloud, AWS, or other hosting environments

. Understanding of

automation scripts, CRMs, and marketing integrations

(HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.). Background in

graphic design or UI/UX
