We are looking for a Wordpress Developer

who will be an integral part of the Southern View Crew. You'll work under our Assistant Director of Development to develop and maintain/update websites as well as assist with our ongoing SEO efforts.

Duties:

Develop websites and landing pages using approved xd files from designers as assigned identify user and system requirements for new websites and applications as assigned Run functionality testings and debug code Oversee junior web developers and evaluate their performance Ensure our software documentation is up-to-date Collaborate with mobile developers to build mobile-responsive websites Help with SEO process as assigned Help with website checks as assigned Perform website backups as assigned Manage website changes as assigned Create manual reports as assigned
Qualifications:

A minimum of one year experience in Wordpress development Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap Familiarity with responsive web design principles Knowledge of web server configuration and optimization Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Hostgator, etc. Experience with GraphQL or other API query languages is a plus Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
