Lead projects through the full lifecycle, ensuring timely and within budget completion
Serve as the central communication point between office, field teams, and contractors
Manage project resources, including manpower and materials, equipment, and subcontractors
Monitor progress, conduct site visits and meetings to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets, and address issues promptly
Complete all project documentation and oversee final activities for project closeout
Candidate Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years in project management within HVAC or Mechanical contracting
Technical expertise in HVAC design, system installation, and knowledge of applicable codes
Ability to lead and communicate effectively with various teams and personnel
Strong organizational and leadership skills with a knack for problem-solving and budgeting
Experience with CAD and/or Revit is preferred
Stable work history demonstrating growth in commercial construction
