HVAC Design & Installation Manager - Wisconsin Focused (No Travel)

Responsibilities: Project Oversight

• Lead projects through the full lifecycle, ensuring timely and within budget completion
• Serve as the central communication point between office, field teams, and contractors
• Manage project resources, including manpower and materials, equipment, and subcontractors
• Monitor progress, conduct site visits and meetings to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets, and address issues promptly
• Complete all project documentation and oversee final activities for project closeout

Candidate Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in project management within HVAC or Mechanical contracting
• Technical expertise in HVAC design, system installation, and knowledge of applicable codes
• Ability to lead and communicate effectively with various teams and personnel
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with a knack for problem-solving and budgeting
• Experience with CAD and/or Revit is preferred
• Stable work history demonstrating growth in commercial construction
