As a Wireless Solutions Trainee, You Will:

Deliver direct customer support with professionalism, enthusiasm, and product knowledge Recommend Verizon wireless and FiOS products based on customer needs and lifestyle Learn proven sales strategies through comprehensive in-house training Work closely with teammates to hit daily goals and elevate the customer experience Gain confidence in account setup, product demos, and handling service inquiries Contribute to a team environment that values collaboration, positivity, and performance Develop skills in leadership, communication, and telecom sales that you can build on Represent both Providence Business Solutions and the Verizon brand with integrity
