Job Responsibilities of a Wireless Sales Representative:



Engage directly with business owners to evaluate their telecommunication needs and present personalized AT&T service options Build professional relationships with decision-makers and act as their trusted Wireless Sales Representative contact Manage multiple client accounts with professionalism, accuracy, and consistency Stay informed on AT&T's latest products, promotions, and service features to deliver informed recommendations Participate in entry level team meetings and sales strategy sessions to develop new approaches and strengthen performance Handle client questions with confidence while offering strategic alternatives that align with business goals Record all sales activity accurately to maintain transparency and track progress toward targets Collaborate with fellow entry level Wireless Sales Representative to share insights, improve techniques, and deliver outstanding results

Preferred Skills & Qualities of a Wireless Sales Representative:



0-2+ years of experience in B2B sales or customer-facing roles is helpful, but not required (full entry level training is provided!) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset Professional, motivated, and eager to succeed in a fast-paced entry level environment Organized and dependable with a focus on client satisfaction
