As a rapidly growing sales firm, Black Diamond Vegas seeking an outgoing entry level Wireless Sales Associate to join our growing team in the Las Vegas area. We partner with top telecommunications providers, such as AT&T, to bring the latest technology to customers, while offering a customer-focused sales approach that fosters honesty and lasting customer relationships. As an entry level Wireless Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers, closing sales deals, and providing ongoing customer service to help drive business success and revenue growth. You'll be on the front lines, working directly with customers to provide them with the best products and telecommunication solutions.

Key Responsibilities of the Entry Level Wireless Sales Associate:



Engaging directly with customers:

Build strong relationships by meeting with customers in person to understand their needs and offer tailored wireless solutions.

Delivering exceptional service and sales support:

Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions, ensuring their satisfaction every step of the way.

Managing sales orders:

Efficiently handle sales transactions, installation scheduling, cancellations, and product adjustments.

Driving growth:

Support business and sales growth by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling wireless products.

Collaborating with the team:

Work closely with fellow sales associates to meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the success of the team.

Maintaining telecommunication product knowledge:

Stay up to date on the latest wireless products and industry trends to provide expert guidance to customers.

Qualifications of an Entry Level Wireless Sales Associate:



A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) 0 - 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or retail is a plus, but not required Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with a wide range of customers A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop sales expertise Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for helping customers A goal-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and with others
Pay: $41,819.07 - $50,362.75 per year
