Dart Phone is hiring part time Wireless Retail Associates for our Ponca location! This is a part time position less than 36 hours per week. The store hours are Monday - Friday 10am-6pm and Saturday's 10AM- 4PM.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Enroll customers in Lifeline Program
- Sell phone upgrades and accessories
- Wireless phone troubleshooting
-Accepting Payments
- General customer service skills
- General operation and cleanliness of the store
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- At least 1 year Customer Service experience. Wireless experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate with individuals of various backgrounds.
- Strong communication skills
- High school degree or equivalent
