Position Overview
We're looking for an experienced
Wireless Account Manager
to join our business sales team. In this role, you'll manage existing business relationships, identify new opportunities, and help organizations optimize their wireless solutions across carriers. You'll be backed by LTT's engineering, installation, and customer success teams to ensure smooth deployments and long-term client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Cold call for new business making a minimum of 200 outbound calls per week.
Manage existing partner relationships who in which we manage their Wireless B2B accounts. (Channel Sales).
Manage a portfolio of small to mid-market business accounts (SMB/SME).
Identify upsell, cross-sell, and new acquisition opportunities across wireless, IoT, and business connectivity solutions.
Serve as the primary liaison between clients and carrier partners (primarily Verizon Wireless).
Develop and present customized mobility and data solutions to business clients.
Maintain accurate records and forecasts in CRM (HubSpot experience a plus).
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely implementation and support.
You will be managing and growing out this entire wireless division as the sole point of contact. Excellent room for growth!
Qualifications
3+ years of B2B sales or account management experience is REQUIRED.
(wireless, telecom, SaaS, or related technology industry preferred).
Preferable experience in Channel Sales.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Experience working with Verizon Wireless or other carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, etc.) is a plus.
Self-motivated and able to manage your pipeline independently.
Channel Sales or Channel Knowledge is a plus.
