Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced hands-on Wire Operations Manager to lead production of

galvanized wire welded in a 5" pattern

, then

formed, cut, boxed, and palletized

. Must have strong experience with

copper wheel welding

, machine maintenance, and supervising production teams.

Duties

Operate and optimize copper wheel seam welders Manage forming, cutting, packaging, and palletizing Lead Supervisor, operators and weld technicians Improve throughput, uptime, and scrap rates Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues

Experience

6-10 years resistance or seam welding experience Experience with galvanized wire preferred Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills Leadership in a production environment

Pay: $52,165.56 - $62,823.04 per year
