Compensation: Starting wage of $20.00-20.30, adjusted based on experience

Job Summary:
The Commissary Clerk 3 is responsible for receiving merchandise, unloading or unpacking it and stocking shelves. Works in a restaurant, warehouses, stockrooms, outdoor storage, and other storage facilities. Involves heavy lifting and operating a snow tractor/groomer to transport deliveries, trash, and staff to and from the restaurant, and to off premise outlets. This team member will also assist the restaurant(s) as needed; bussing, bathroom cleaning/stocking duties, vacuuming, cleaning, organizing, snow removal etc.
Summary of Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Operating a snow tractor to transport staff, deliveries and trash to and from on mountain business units and to off premise outlets without supervision
Responsible for receiving merchandise, unloading, or unpacking it and stocking shelves
Work in restaurants, warehouses, stockrooms, outdoor storage, and other storage facilities
May involve heavy lifting
Assisting in the restaurant as needed, bussing, janitorial duties, vacuuming, cleaning, organizing, etc.
Accept delivered packages and ensure the proper amount is inside
Unload merchandise. Stock shelves with unpacked items
Monitors inventory levels
Shovel snow for walkways
Prepare products for transport
Operate pallet jack to lift and move product
Coordinating with Mountain Operations about snow travel
Checking fluids and inspecting the tractor
Coordinate's activities of commissary workers
Specifies arrangement of equipment, workstations, and staffing to prepare for the day
Performs other duties as needed under the direction of supervisor
Ensures the integrity of the food storage and preparation, and kitchen cleanliness
Rotating stock properly, and effectively
Maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the loading dock area
Assures that equipment and supplies are maintained and in good, clean condition
Supervises work safety and sanitation
Must lead by example (punctual, good listener, communicates effectively, friendly, hard worker).
Effectively coordinate the daily functions of the kitchen in order to meet customer and business needs
Maintain excellent vendor relations with multiple suppliers
Basic Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old
Must have valid driver's license
Must have basic education (high school), plus one or more years of relevant work experience, or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are acquired
Some previous experience operating heavy machinery preferred
Must have the ability to operate equipment safely
Must be presentable and able to talk to customers
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Must be able to lift up to 80 pounds
Must be able to communicate clearly via radio
Must have own transportation, as schedule does not match public transportation
Must be flexible with times, depending of business, events, deliveries, etc.
Must have the ability to work effectively with staff in multiple locations
Must lead by example (punctual, good listener, communicates effectively, friendly, hard worker)
