Job Description

DESCRIPTION OF WORK:

Must be 18 years of age. Will assist Casino Hosts and Casino Personnel with arranging special services for quality

customers. Establishes and maintains professional and positive customer contact when handling such reservations via telephone and directs customer disputes to the Marketing WC Supervisor. Performs general office duties, to include the use of a computer terminal and secretarial and clerical duties as required.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Monitor the Winner's Club and answer questions as needed for the guests.

2. Create and maintain patron accounts within the casino system.

3. Assist with promotions, drawings, hot seats and complimentary services.

4. Assist patrons with, gift certificates and any approved services.

5. Make announcement over the intercom pertaining to jackpots or casino events.

6. Assist patrons with RV hook ups.

7. Educate the patron on casino rules and regulations pertaining to the patrons and rules and regulations of the current promotions.

8. Answer calls and forward to appropriate casino personnel.

9. Restock gift items and keep a running inventory of all items on hand.

10. Notify the Winner's Club Supervisor as supplies are depleted.

11. Run cash register in making sales. Responsible for thecash drawer during assigned shift.

12. Maintain aclean and orderly working area.

13. Disseminate information to employees concerning club and/or events, sign-ups and announcements.

14. Communicate regularly with all casino departments regarding club operations and casino-wide promotional events.

15. Promotes good inter-departmental relations through effective coordination of events.

16. Performs other related duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION:

u High School Diploma / G.E.D but not required.

u College education is preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

u Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.

KNOWLEDGE/ABILITY/SKILLS:

u Knowledge of computer functions, customer service is essential.

u Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team. u Must present a friendly, well-groomed and professional appearance.

NECESSARY SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

u Must be 18 at time of hire.

u All employees must successfully pass a background investigation to be employed by the

Casino.

u Responsible for Compliance with the Casino's Internal Control Policy & Procedure as it relates to the position's stated job description.
