Have you heard about The New York Butcher Shoppe? We are Charlotte's coolest new concept!

A full service Butcher Shoppe specializing in upscale quality beef, pork, poultry and seafood as well as ready made prepared meals. We also offer a wine bar with a small menu designed to showcase our premium meat and grocery offerings.

Guest can even select a steak from our meat case and have us cook it up for them to dine in the Wine Bar!

Best part? No restaurant hours or crazy beatdowns from slinging tickets for 8-10 hours! THIS is the job you might have been waiting for!

Our Wine Bar bartenders are experts at guiding our guest through the extensive wine list and our full menu including any steak from the meat counter cooked perfectly by our chefs! We do not serve liquor. Local craft beers and over 100 wines to choose from make up our extensive list of beverage offerings!

We are a very laid back, low key neighborhood spot with no reservations accepted, no host stand, and first come first serve seating. We have 2 great patios and rollup garage doors in our bar for a super chill relaxed vibe. Team service with fellow bar staff is required.

Wine bar hours are from 11am-8pm Mon-Thur. Until 9pm Fri-Sat and only noon-6pm on Sundays.
