Windshield Technician

The Windshield Technician's primary responsibility is to perform high-level windshield installs, repairs, and replacements with precision and pride in workmanship. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, motivated to learn, and takes pride in producing high-quality work. Previous windshield or automotive glass experience is welcome but not required -- we provide comprehensive in?house training for the right individual. A strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and willingness to follow safety and installation procedures are essential.

Accuracy - Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly. Active Listening - Ability to actively attend to, convey, and understand the comments and questions of others. Honest/Integrity - Ability to be truthful and be seen as credible in the workplace. Working Under Pressure - Ability to complete assigned tasks even under possible stressful situations. Perform windshield repairs, replacements, and related automotive glass services. Use appropriate tools, equipment, and adhesives safely and correctly. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Communicate clearly with advisors and teammates.

Pay Range: $44,460-$59,280 annual
