Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Window Kernel Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate is honest, reliable, and has a proven record of accomplishment in computer security.
Responsibilities
3 years of professional software development experience writing
in: C, C, Python
3 years of demonstrated experience developing and testing kernel
level software for Windows
Three years of Windows kernel level debugging and diagnostics using
tools such as Windows DDK or Win DBG or equivalent
3 years of demonstrated in-depth experience developing, testing
and debugging software for Windows OS using Visual Studio IDE and
Windows SDK
Demonstrated in-depth understand of Windows Low Level Systems
development and API
Our company is in Perry Hill, MD but
the job will be on site - Chantilly, VA - not a remote opportunity
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred Previous experience as a Window Kernel, or similar role is preferred Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Ability to work well as part of a team Strong written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of Visual Studio IDE and
Windows SDK languages are preferred
Knowledge of risk management methodologies and security frameworks Familiarity with intrusion detection/prevention systems * Familiarity with public key infrastructure (PKI) and cryptographic protocols (e.g. SSL/ TLS)
