This role involves cleaning residential and commercial windows, performing light pressure washing, and occasionally providing blind cleaning services. As part of a two-person crew, you will play a key role in maintaining high service standards and ensuring every client has a great experience.
Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of exterior and interior windows on residential and commercial properties.
Operate professional window cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
Assist with pressure washing and blind cleaning services as scheduled.
Provide before-and-after photos of work for quality control and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with crew members to complete jobs on time and to standard.
Follow safety protocols at all times, ensuring both team and client property are protected.
Represent the company professionally with clients, maintaining a friendly and respectful attitude.
Requirements
Previous experience in window cleaning, janitorial, or related work preferred (but not required -- training provided).
Comfortable working on ladders and outdoors in various weather conditions.
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
Good time management and ability to stay on schedule.
Physically able to lift 40+ lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a crew.
