Job Summary

Surber's Windows, Doors, Showers & More is seeking a detail-oriented

Window Measurer / Service Technician

to join our growing team. This field-based position is responsible for performing final measurements for vinyl window and door replacement projects, as well as completing service and warranty repairs. You'll be the face of our company inside customers' homes--ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

Provide best-in-class customer service at each appointment Drive safely and maintain a clean, organized company vehicle Complete 5-7 daily appointments (measurements or service calls) Perform accurate final measurements and document all job details Diagnose and complete window and door service or warranty work Communicate clearly with office staff and homeowners Use mobile tools/software to log notes, photos, and updates

Qualifications

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required) Strong verbal communication and customer service skills Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently, manage time well, and stay organized Experience as a window measurer, installer, or service technician preferred

5 years of construction experience in the window and door industry preferred

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
