Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of windows on various building types, including high-rise structures, using appropriate tools and techniques Operate specialized equipment such as scissor lifts and extension poles to reach difficult areas safely and efficiently Maintain a high standard of cleanliness by removing dirt, grime, streaks, and smudges from glass surfaces Follow all safety protocols when working at heights or with equipment to ensure personal and team safety Assist with janitorial or custodial tasks as needed to support overall building maintenance Conduct routine inspections of equipment and supplies, ensuring everything is in proper working order for optimal performance Document completed work and report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly

Qualifications

Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services with a focus on window or commercial cleaning preferred Experience operating scissor lifts or other height-access equipment is highly desirable Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality standards Ability to work at heights safely and comfortably in various weather conditions Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Physical stamina to stand, climb, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the day Basic knowledge of safety procedures related to working with cleaning equipment and at elevated heights

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week
