What You'll Do

Clean exterior and interior windows at various heights using squeegees, brushes, lifts, cradles, and ladders Work on commercial buildings, including

low-rise, mid-rise, and high-rise

structures Follow strict safety protocols and use harnesses, ropes, and PPE properly Use your knowledge of cleaning agents, chemical safety, and tool handling to ensure top-tier results Report any supply needs, equipment concerns, or site hazards to your supervisor Assist with emergency or non-routine cleaning work as assigned

What You Bring

Comfort and confidence working at heights (up to and including high-rise) Strong physical ability: lifting, bending, twisting, reaching, and climbing Detail-oriented with a pride in leaving windows streak-free and crystal clear Ability to work independently and take initiative while staying team-focused Must be 18 or older and possess a

valid driver's license

for travel to job sites

Work Environment

Outdoor-based work--expect a variety of weather conditions from

0F to 90F

Physical and active: frequent climbing, lifting up to 60 lbs, and use of mechanical equipment May include early morning starts or evening finishes depending on project needs All required safety training, equipment, and procedures provided by Performance Plus
