Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality window cleaning services for commercial properties. This role requires a strong commitment to safety and cleanliness, ensuring that all windows are spotless and streak-free while maintaining a professional appearance at all times.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of windows in various commercial buildings, both interior and exterior. Utilize appropriate cleaning solutions and equipment to achieve optimal results. Operate scissor lifts and other equipment safely to access high windows. Conduct routine inspections of windows to identify any damage or necessary repairs. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are stored properly after use. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to safety protocols. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction with the cleaning services provided.

Experience

Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required. Familiarity with operating scissor lifts or similar equipment is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to clean effectively while following safety guidelines. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with clients.
