A DAY IN THE LIFE This Site Offers: beautiful lakes, i.e., East Allen Lake, Walker-Jenkins Lake, & Diamond Lake; parks to explore, i.e., Seminoe State Park, Frisbee Golf at the Park, & Yellowstone National Park just six (6) hours away; Denver, CO about 3.5 hours away; amazing scenic views of the mountains with Elk Mountain about 45 minutes south of the site; and great locations for fishing, hunting, & various exciting and history adventures to discover.
In this position, you\xe2\x80\x99ll use your skills and training to perform maintenance and/or installation work on assigned wind turbines under minimal supervision. You will be provided with defined schedules and procedures including safety protocol, verbal/written instructions, but you may provide mentorship to entry-level technicians.

During a typical day, you may be working 250 feet above the ground, or working in small spaces to perform maintenance and repairs. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be outside, and sometimes the weather isn\xe2\x80\x99t great. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be climbing, carrying tools and equipment, and moving parts to complete your work. Teamwork is a priority here, and our reputation for professionalism, safety and attention to detail are important to our customers. We also encourage recommendations to improve the safety and quality of our work.

\xe2\x9c\x93 You will need a safety-focused mindset. \xe2\x9c\x93 You have developed strong leadership skills.
\xe2\x9c\x93 You have resolved conflict with great efficiency and effectiveness. \xe2\x9c\x93 You will bring at least a year of wind experience or 2-3 years of experience in an applicable background, including mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting experience.
