Summit Achievement of Stow, ME Summit Achievement of Stow, ME is a nationally recognized residential outdoor behavioral healthcare program, combining therapeutic wilderness programming and tailored academics to better serve adolescents with mild to moderate social, emotional and educational issues. Position: Wilderness Outdoor Guide Location: Stow, Maine Pay Rate: Up to $260/day (Depending on Qualifications) Schedule: One week on, One week off. Duties: Wilderness Outdoor Guides are experienced outdoor leaders that are responsible for providing supervision, guidance and instruction to a small group of adolescents with mild to moderate social, emotional, and educational challenges. \xc2\xb7 Leading 4-season back-country expeditions. \xc2\xb7 Facilitating daily activities. \xc2\xb7 Facilitating group processing sessions. \xc2\xb7 Working as a member of a team. \xc2\xb7 Serving as liaison to the Clinical and Medical team and participating in weekly treatment team meetings to review each student\xe2\x80\x99s treatment and educational progress. Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s Degree (preferred).
• Experience in Backcountry Backpacking & Winter Camping.
• Must have patience, and a strong desire to work with children / adolescents.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
