What you'll be doing as an Account Manager

Provide quality customer service by understanding the customer's needs and how best to maximize their business model to ensure success Establish "trusted advisor" status to become a business resource for customers Assess account performance and identify opportunity Anticipate customer's future needs Provide pricing and inventory availability for quotes, project bid specs, for customers via phone and/or walk-in Communicate technical information, product promotions, and training events to customers Manage customer needs, challenges, and issues from inception to resolution

Required Experience

Account Management Sales experience/Customer Service experience

Preferred Experience

Distribution experience preferred Wholesale experience a plus (electrical, plumbing, etc.) but will train the right person!
