Summary:



The Wholesale Lending Account Executive is responsible for the solicitation of new business for the company, development of marketing materials, and recommending the approval of new brokers to the Wholesale Regional Managers. Account Executives also maintain existing relationships with Wholesale broker production sources.


Account Executives are self-sufficient, confident, and accurate decision makers. They work both independently and cohesively with others and foster a team environment. Maintaining an attitude of approachability and willingness to assist in troubleshooting with customers and Dart Bank departments as needed. Primary Duties:



Reviews daily, weekly, monthly pipeline activity including lock expirations and maintain acceptable performance metrics as determined by Sales leadership. Assist with developing a prospective B2B client pipeline for Regional Managers. Develop tactical strategies and sales disciplines to maximize production opportunity within designated territory and provide market intelligence, production forecasts and marketing/business plans. Engage with client and prospective client database through multiple markets including phone, email, direct marketing, and social media tools. Conduct group presentations over phone/video to promote Dart Bank Value Proposition and present our process, product, and technology platforms Relationship management of approved accounts with a focus on account activity, wallet share, and market-share metrics Provide excellent service through follow-up and guidance to our broker partners. Drive improvements/efficiencies with clients and share ideas and best practices for success; serve as a peer mentor when called upon Be a subject matter expert on Dart's underwriting guideline, program guidelines, lending policies, procedures, products, and technology as well as regulatory compliance through training, industry publications, and lending bulletins. Communicate and develop and maintain strong positive relationships through communication with all departments to develop cohesive working relationships with Operations/Fulfillment Team Members and escalate any issues to Clients Services and appropriate operations management as required. Use prescribed CRM metrics to improve outbound sales actions to produce expected results; gather data and update CRM systems accordingly. Adheres to all Federal and State laws and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act. Experience:



Minimum 5 years recent experience as an Account Executive or equivalent role. College degree or equivalent experience. Ability to learn quickly and apply that knowledge along with the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Proven production history and established broker base. Strong knowledge in "A" Paper. Knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC and FHA/VA programs. Experience with Encompass, TPO Connect, and in the wholesale market is preferred. Excellent networking and negotiation skills. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills. Must be detail-oriented, organized, and disciplined. Ability to learn quickly and apply that knowledge along with the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Ability to work remotely to establish, maintain and grow relationships, face to face if local over the phone, email, or other electronic forums.
