DRD Pool Management, Inc. is now hiring Lifeguard/Pool Operator Roles for the summer of 2026 in the White Marsh area

.

DRD is recruiting motivated individuals who possess a willingness to learn, a strong work ethic, and a focused, positive mindset. Lifeguarding is a rewarding summer job that offers exciting challenges and provides an opportunity to gain valuable work experience in an outdoor environment.

DRD Pool Management offers in-house lifeguard certification and accepts all lifeguard/pool operator certifications. As a lifeguard, your primary responsibility is to survey the surface of the water and facility by utilizing scanning strategies and techniques to remain alert and focused.
