Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and professional to join our transportation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating various types of vehicles, including shuttle buses, delivery trucks, and limousine services. This role requires excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and a focus on safety and maintenance. The will play a vital role in providing reliable transportation services while ensuring passenger comfort and safety.

Responsibilities

Safely operate shuttle buses, delivery vehicles, limousines, or other commercial vehicles in accordance with traffic laws and company policies Provide exceptional customer service to passengers and clients, ensuring a positive experience Conduct routine vehicle inspections and perform basic maintenance tasks to ensure vehicle safety and reliability Assist passengers with boarding and alighting, including those requiring special assistance such as paratransit clients or school children Load and unload heavy items when necessary, adhering to proper lifting techniques to prevent injury Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, and vehicle condition reports Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members to coordinate schedules and routes Follow all safety protocols and driving regulations at all times to ensure passenger safety

Experience

Previous experience in shuttle driving, delivery driving, bus driving, or limousine services is preferred Familiarity with paratransit operations or school bus driving is a plus Experience with commercial driving licenses (CDL) or specific vehicle endorsements such as driver is advantageous Strong communication skills for interacting with passengers and team members effectively Ability to handle heavy lifting safely and perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks Proven record of safe driving with a clean driving history is highly desirable
