Responsibilities

Perform precise wheel alignments using specialized diagnostic and alignment equipment to meet manufacturer specifications. Conduct vehicle inspections to identify suspension, steering, and tire issues that may affect alignment quality. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and alignment machines efficiently to complete repairs quickly and accurately. Assist with related automotive services such as tire rotations, balancing, oil changes, and general vehicle maintenance. Communicate clearly with customers about repair needs, explaining procedures and ensuring satisfaction. Maintain detailed records of services performed and ensure all work adheres to safety standards. Support the team with heavy lifting of tires and vehicle components during maintenance procedures.

Skills

Proven dealership or automotive repair experience with a focus on wheel alignment or suspension work. Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems including steering, suspension, brakes, and tires. Hands-on experience with automotive diagnostics tools and alignment equipment. Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment in an automotive setting. Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients about their vehicle needs. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during repairs.
